1. Introduction

Welcome to the AI Market Compass Crypto Influencer Data-Entry Project. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our project. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Eligibility

The project is open to anyone with an interest in the cryptocurrency space. Participants must have a compatible wallet to connect for submissions and reward claims. The project will run during the entire month of October 2024.

3. Participation and Submission Guidelines

Participants can submit Twitter accounts or LIST IDs related to cryptocurrency, targeting specific countries. Each submission can contain either individual accounts or multiple accounts within a list. Accounts must be active, have at least 525 followers, and provide valuable crypto-related content. Each valid account can be submitted only by the first three participants to gain points. Users will not know if an account has already been submitted to allow further validation of its correctness. All submissions are subject to review for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with our guidelines.

4. Points Calculation and Rewards

Points are awarded based on the median impressions of submitted accounts, measured from the last five posts. Submissions above the median impressions receive 1 point, those around the median (±25%) receive 0.75 points, and those below the median (-25% or more) receive 0.5 points. Accounts not related to crypto will result in a deduction of 1 point each if more than 30% of a user’s submissions are non-crypto related. Rewards include:

• 1st Prize: 7,000 USDT
• 2nd Prize: 3,000 USDT
• 3rd Prize: 1,000 USDT

Additional raffles will be held:

• 20 raffles over six months (each point equals one raffle ticket).
• 10 raffles over three months (each point equals one raffle ticket).

5. Reward Distribution

Winners will be announced at the end of October 2024 based on the leaderboard scores. Participants will be able to check their scores only after the project concludes. All rewards will be distributed to the connected wallet addresses provided during submission.

6. Use of Data

Data collected will be used for research, analysis, and to provide a resource for the crypto community. Aggregated data may be shared publicly, but individual submissions will remain anonymous.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the data for project-related purposes. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Personal information and wallet addresses will be used solely for participation and reward distribution purposes.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in submitted data. Participation is at your own risk, and we disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from participation.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the project platform. Continued participation after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the project, or any participant’s access, at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or breach of terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
